My happy cooking report

This is my cooking report. I explain many foods that I cooked before by putting pictures, explain how to cook and my explain or my feeling about this cooking. I am happy you cook this foods if you see this report.

Why I write this report?

I have three reasons why I choose this topic. First, I like cooking. I cook breakfast, lunch or dinner in the every weekend. So I want to write cooking report through Personal writing. Second I want to leave a note about my cooking because this is original recipe. There do not exist same recipe in another books. So if I forget this recipe in the future, I can recall recipe by reading this report. Finally, I have never written cooking report. Other genre, for example poem, essay, novels and comic books, I have already written when I was child. So I want to write this report.

Evaluation

My family eat my cooking. And then, my family evaluate my cooking foods. I show this evaluation by star.

★★★ is delicious.

★★☆ is good.

★☆☆ is ordinary taste.

Green soybeans

★★☆

・How to cook

1. Wash green soybeans.

2. Water comes to a boil. Enter green soybeans into boiled water.

3. After boiled, green soybeans drain off the water.

4. Salt green soybeans.

・My experience

At first sight, green beans is easy to cook. But, if I boil green beans for long time, green beans is hard. While boiled green beans, I must keep an eye on green soybeans. It is difficult to cook green beans without trying many times.

Also, from summer to fall, there is green soybeans in my family’s table everyday because green soybeans has many nutrition. Moreover, my family eat green soybeans at first because I do not grow stout if I eat vegetables like green soybeans. After eating vegetables, vegetables soup or green soybeans, I eat meat like hamburger or steak. This way of eating make people not grow stout. In short, people always keep health.

Omuretsu

★★★

・How to cook

1.Cut one onion shape of mijingiri.

2. Fly ground meat and onion.

3. Break and beat egg.

4. Heat egg in another flypan.

5. After heated egg, dish up ground meat and onion.

6. Finally, dish up egg on ground meat and onion.

・My experience

Omuretsu is delicious food I think. The point of omuretsu is way of heating egg. We can not heat egg for long time. We should heat egg for little time. Also, ground meat is left over, I use spaghetti with meat sauce. When I was child, I did not eat omuretsu or omurice actually. In my house, my mother hardly cooked omuretsu ore omurice because I could not eat them. However, maybe when I was high school students, I ate omurice in restaurant, I understood this is delicious food. And then I asked my mother how to cook omurice. My mother taught me how to cook omurice and omuretsu. I sometimes cook omurice or omuretsu. This is one of my favorite foods. Also, my boyfriend say this is delicious taste!

Spaghetti with meat sauce

★★★

・How to cook

1. Use remaining ground meat and onion of omuretu.

2. Cut tomato.

3. Simmer tomato, ground meat and onion together.

4. Boil noodles. (not using salt)

5. Dish up noodles and meat sauce.

・My experience

Spaghetti with meat sauce is one of my favorite food. This is easy to cook. But, I do not like shaking salt because people taking too much salt is not good for health. People should not take too salt. This spaghetti with meat sauce is healthy because of using only little salt. I recommend this way of cooking. Also, I like spaghetti with meat sauce using eggplant. When I was high school student, I cooked spaghetti with meat sauce using eggplant in subject of home economics for the first time. This is so good taste, then I impressed this spaghetti. Recently, avocado is fed among women in Japan. I do not cook spaghetti using avocado. However, I challenge cooking spaghetti with avocado next time.

Vegetables soup

・How to cook 

1. Cut onion, pumpkin, sweet potato, corn and green soybeans.

2. After cutting vegetables, boil vegetables.

3. Enter bouillon in pot.

4. After boiled vegetables, mix vegetables in food processor.

5. After mixed vegetables, enter fresh cream and milk.

6. Mix vegetables, fresh cream and milk.

7. Boil for many times.

・My experience

This soup is standard food in my house. This soup can mix any kinds of vegetables. I enjoy cooking vegetables soup because I try to mix any kinds of vegetables. Also if I cook this vegetables soup, I take many kinds of vegetables. In short, this soup is very healthy. Takashi Yanase, is author of Anpanman, said “ I always eat vegetables soup . Vegetable soup make me healthy. Moreover my skin’s color become white. My liver spot faded away. Vegetables soup has effect of figure.” I listened his words and then my mother became to cook vegetables soup. Then my mother taught me how to cook vegetables soup.This soup has possibility of cooking any kinds of soup. However, when I cooked vegetables soup by spinach in old days, this is so bad appearance and taste. Although I ate all spinach soup, I thought I do not cook this soup again. This soup is good taste using pumpkin, corn and carrot.

Finally.....

I like cooking! I enjoy to cook and report foods. This recipe is easy to cook. So, you can try it! I think good cooker is more happiness than bad cooker because good cooker produce delicious foods. In this report, I explained Western-style meal. If I have opportunity to write cooking report again, I will introduce the recipe of Japanese foods. I love cooking!
