Pita with Feta

Inspired by Keifer’s and thanks to Megan

Ingredients:

Pita bread

Block of Feta Cheese, sliced

Oil, for the skillet

Grape tomato, sliced in half

Directions:

Use a small nonstick skillet and heat a little oil. Warm pita bread on both sides and then place sliced feta cheese on pita and brown. Top with sliced grape tomato and serve with yogurt feta dressing!

You can also substitute sliced mozzarella cheese for the feta cheese to create a pita mozz!
