Children will use their sense of smell and their sense of taste to identify different flavors.

Children will experiment with different flavored powdered juice to use as paint.

How do you use your sense of smell and taste?

- Whole Group: Discuss which smells you like and dislike. Compare the scents to the taste of the juice.

- Whole Group: Identify and graph their favorite scents of powdered juice.

- Independent Practice: Pick the powdered juice with water to use as paint.  Children will paint a sweet smelling and tasting picture.

- What do you think the scent is?

- Which scent do you like the most and the least?

- Use our new words to describe the taste of the juice.
