Xplosion Parent Meeting

Monthly Payment: This will not be drafted out of your account like the tumbling classes.  We have our own accountant, so you will need to pay by check.

Payment is due by the 5th of each month, there will be a late fee charge if more than one week late.  Please make checks payable to: Rekala Tuxhurn

Mini’s: $30.00 per month

Juniors and Seniors: $45.00 per month

What items we need to raise money for:

• Uniforms (Each Group will have one uniform): Cropped Top and lettering ($132.95) and Skirt ($16.95).  Full Length Top and Lettering ($135.95) and Skirt ($26.95).
• Warm-ups ($50.00)
• Shoes ($50.00)
• Bloomers ($20.00)
• Poms ($20.00)
• T-Shirt ($5.00)
• Tank ($8.00)
• Shorts ($5.00)

Will need to fundraise a total of $350.00 per girl for their accessories.

• We will also need to fundraise for travel expenses and extras.

Fundraisers:

• Valentines Balloons: We will fill up the balloons and deliver them on Sunday.  Some of you may deliver on Monday, that is up to you.
• Car Wash: June 4th at advanced Auto Parts (next to KFC)
• Sell Walking Tacos at a Lark’s game
• Concessions at HHS track meets
• Little Kids Camp
• Community Open House
• Call the Mall to see what we can do there...
• Any other ideas...

Events:

• Cheer Dual with Dodge City diamonds: at dodge City in June
• Cheer Dual with Wichita Eclipse: at Wichita, calling to schedule
• Performance during halftime of FHSU game
• Herzog-fest in Victoria
• Wild West Fest: July, we will dance in the parade
• FHSU homecoming Parade: End of September
• Community Open House
• Competitions are in October, November, and December
