World Commodities Value Research Assignment

Take a look at this infographic (http://www.mint.com/blog/trends/coffee-day-09202010/?display=wide) about the value of coffee in the global economy. You will see that infographic displays information about the value of coffee to individual countries and the whole world. You will also notice that it displays information listing the top producers and consumers of coffee.

Your assignment is to create a similar infographic about another product consumed worldwide. (BTW, products like coffee are commonly referred to as commodities). In your infographic you should include the total worldwide annual value of your chosen commodity, the top ten producing countries of your chosen commodity, the top ten consuming countries of your chosen commodity, and two interesting facts about your chosen commodity. To create your infographic you can use paper, pencils, markers, etc. OR create a series of slides. As always, you must cite the sources of your information.
