Seasons Greetings, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2011 to one and all.
Coming to the survey and;-the regularization processes, we are happy to inform you that despite the hurdles created by few goonda elements of the MLA -(now the minister in the Mr.Kiran Kumar Reddy cabinet in AP) on the 20"‘ at 1.53 pm to see that they stop_' these processes, they could not succeed in their efforts and the letter from the RR Dist Collector, letter No E-5l1400l2008 dated 6*" Dec 2010 (attached) has been received by us on the Dec 20.10 and the same is handed over to the MRO, Malkajgiri Mandal by us yesterday ( Dec 2010) and the survey of the boundaries has been completed and the final plan copy is awaited after the Panchanama. The full blown survey operations of the house I plots will start soon after couple days and will be under strict vigil of the RR Dist Collector, RDO and MRO supervisions’.' The details’ will be updated soon. all have to be ready with certain documents as follows:
What documents we need to show to MRO and what we have to qive as-attachment?
We request all of you to keep the original sale deed or certified copies of the sale deed in case it is with bank with a letter from their bankers that the original is with the bank) of the plot ready along with the photo cog»; of your GO 166 agplication form submitted to government to be ready to show it to the MRO staff for verifications and the DROIMRO assigned staff will take photo of the owners by asking you to stand in front of your plotlhouse along with one of the MRO office designated staff to take the photos. The authorized staff names can be had with the MRO and or with the Dy MRO. This is a compulsory requirement of the G0 166. Hence l request all of you, who believe me, must comply with GO 166 requirements and fulfill the formalities. If you have any doubt in my statement, please clarify your doubts with only MRO or Dy MRO by visiting them or by calling them on their (MRO Mr.Mul-runda Reddy, Phone No 98499-04240 or Dy MRO Mr.Bhoopal Cell No 93900-98866) phones. It was also clarified by the MRO staff that the for only owner's photo is for our own records and not for government records. And if you all believe that the so called survey done by Mr.Sadasiva Rao and MLKBR Prasad (along with some of their EX EC members of the illegal GFPOA committee members) is invalid and if people still think that the EX Committee members are right, those members need not waste their time and we advise them to follow the old illegat committee members instructions. By that, we hope they will get their demand notes on their own.
Interestingly, for your information, quietly, Mr.Sadasiva Rao and Mr.Satyanarayana (of RBI), the so cailed Ex committee members of the illegal run GFPOA for 10 years have taken their photos with the staff of the MRO on the Nov 2010 and I am sure many of you may not be aware of this and they would have not told any of you to do the same either. I have proof of the same and it can be sent to you if you request. When they have taken the photos and complied with MRO staff, why they have not told all of you to follow the same rule? It is due to the fear of a backlash since they have claimed with you all
earlier that they have completed the survey long ago by collecting huge some money from you and they (particularly Mr.5adasiva Rao and KBR Prasad) were saying that what sunrey now we are getting it done by the present committee is bogus one. Why they will not call you all to come for survey again? lf they say again to come for survey, they will get exposed for their wrong doing. This is the fear they have. However, these elements also have few small strong followers.-‘supporters. So let us not bother about them. We will go on as per the rules and finish _the task with majority. They will quietly follow without anyone knowledge when they come know that they are wrong and we are right. Even some of those who resigned from the so called illegal committee of the GFPOA will come forward to realize their fault? The time only will answer our doubts.
What is the status of the GFPOA old?
Coming to the association pot_itics', those EX EC members of the illegal run GFPOA for 10 years have not handed over the records of the association till now to us and also they have not handed over the accounts, banks books and chequestill now. But since the bank has frozen the accounts after the bank came to know through a letter from Regd of Society (ROS) No SOC-2:'14329I2010 dated 10"‘ Nov 2010 say that these so called office bearers are running the association illegally without proper standard operating procedures to be followed, we presume that the left over amount illegally collected from you all is safe and we will file a criminal case against them after the regularization processes is over to recover the illegally collected amounts from you all and spent amount by them through court order soon. The EX illegal Committee members (now left to only few since it is rumored that as many as 12 of them out of 19 of them have resigned from the illegal association to avoid to face the criminal charges from the police soon}. The balance few of them, they have filed a case on me to not to use the GFPOA name to get our plots in the Malkajgiri court for an interim order. But thankfully, the court did not agree to give the interim order and served a notice to me to hear my side also. l am fighting the case on my own since they tiled on me to not to help you all in getting your houses and plots under regularized in the name of GFPOA. It will take few months to settle and by then, they will be buried on their own weight. GOD is great. -
Also, many of our members brotlght to our notice that they have paidhuge some money to the illegally run association by the EX committee members under the leadership, of Mr.Satyam and Co in past and having not handed over the account to they wanted to recover the same from them and pay it to the present new committee since now they found that we are the one who are doing right way to get our plots. We suggest that it is better to give us the authorization to us to fight collectively to recover the money from them than as individual person, which may be very difficult with these corrupt ex committee members. Those who wanted to pay to us, first they must send their old receipts photos copies to start the motion of the recovery processes in a amicabie way from those ex committee members of the illegal association and if they do not pay and heed to our request, then we will file a criminal cases to recover the entire amounts from them through the court processes. This also we will do it in collective way to bear-the cost to the minimal. After the recovery from them, we will plan to collect only expenses on actual basis from the amount recovered from them and not with over dues and so on and return the balance to all of you to start the association afresh to take up the matters

It is time to wake now ( or never) and come forward to support_'us to benefit the fruits of the hard work done by us from 2 years than putting us behind by few years due to the interferences of the min_isterlMLAlMP and so on by supporting the EX EC members of the illegal committee. It is easy to spoil_.the hard work done by us but difficult to build the case very strongly as it was done by us. Remember, if you support us now, you get the plots, if you do not support gs now, the plot will never cometo you due to the conspiracy of the ex EC members hatched with the politicians to pay to them Rs.1000 per SQRD and get it regularized.

We once again appeal to all the members to support us who are helping __you sincerely to get your plots than following those who took all of you for a royal ride from past 10:years by misleading you all and please strengthen our hands to complete the regularization processes soon.
