Tangy Beef & Noodles

-2 to 2-1/2 lb Beef Stew Meat

-1 cup BBQ Sauce

-1 tbsp Horseradish

-1 tsp Yellow Mustard

-2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

-1 tsp Alpine Touch (optional)

-1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

-1/2 tsp Salt

-1/4 tsp Pepper

-2 dashes Hot/Tobasco Sauce

-2 dashes of Liquid Smoke

-1 whole Onion-Caramelized

-4 oz of sliced Mushrooms

-Cooked Egg Noodles (to serve)

Place beef in a slow cooker. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except Caramelized Onions, Sliced Mushrooms and Egg Noodles. Pour sauce over beef. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours. 1-2 hours before your are ready to eat, add in the the mushrooms and caramelized onions. Continue cooking for 1-2 hours. Serve the Tangy Beef over noodles and enjoy!
