2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup finely shredded zucchini
½ cup reduced fat milk
¼ cup oil
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 egg
For the glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
