        Start out by doing your warm up exercises from Physical Education class.

Kindergarten: 10 Cross crawls (elbows to knees), 10 toe scarecrows, 10 sit ups, and if you have someone who can hold your feet do your 10 steps of wheelbarrow walk.

First Grade: 10 Cross crawls (elbows to knees), 10 toe scarecrows, 10 sit ups, and if you have someone who can hold your feet do your 10 steps of wheelbarrow walk.

Second Grade: 10 Cross crawls (elbows to knees), 10 toe scarecrows, 15 sit ups, and if you have someone who can hold your feet do your 15 steps of wheelbarrow walk.

Third Grade: 10 Cross crawls (elbows to knees), 20 lazy eights, 20 sit ups, and if you have someone who can hold your feet do your 20 steps of wheelbarrow walk.

Now you can choose 3 things from the following list to do

Watch one of your favorite cartoons or TV shows.  During each commercial break choose one of these exercises to do until your show comes back on.  During each break do a different one (jumping jacks, running in place, marching in place, sit ups, hold a push up position, crab walk around, lay on your back and do the bicycle in the air, do the bear crawl around)

If you are able to go outside make sure you dress for the weather and go outside and play for at least 30 minutes.

If there is snow on the ground and you have a driveway or a sidewalk that needs cleared go out and shovel the area that needs cleared for at least 30 minutes.

If you have a garage, basement, or large room where you can jump rope and you have a jump rope.  Jump rope 100 times.

Go sledding if you are able to.

Look up one or more aerobic routines on you tube and follow along with the workout.  Be sure to do aerobics for at least 30 minutes.

Look up one or more yoga routines on you tube and follow along with the workout.  Be sure to do yoga for at least 15 minutes.
