IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1) IDENTIFICATION

a) As of June, 2009, Canadian citizens travelling to a U.S. destination must have a valid passport. Even with valid identification, entry to the U.S.A. remains at the discretion of U.S. Border Patrol Agents.

b) All others must have a valid passport & Canadian Maple Leaf Card (Permanent Resident Card) We recommend a valid passport.

2) LUGGAGE

a) Hand luggage must not exceed 12” X 16” X 8” high so it can fit overhead

b) One tagged bag only is allowed per person – not to exceed 40 lbs (please attach enclosed luggage tag)

3) SEATING

There will be seat rotation twice a day for everyone. No seats may be reserved on the coach. Rotation may be at the discretion of the Tour Director.

4) SPECIAL REQUESTS

Special requests should be made at time of booking. (ie. Smoking or non-smoking rooms, stairs, 1 or 2 beds, handicap, etc.)

5) GRATUITIES

a) A general guideline for tipping in restaurants is 15%. Check your bill in case the gratuity has been added.

b) Tips for the driver and tour guide have not been included in our tour prices. Please handle this on an individual basis.

6) OTHER

You may want a small cushion, bottled water, snacks, if you have a medical problem, which requires regular eating times and an alarm clock.

7) FLORIDA & MYRTLE BEACH TOURS

Ocean Front – your room will face the ocean directly

Ocean View – your room will face the ocean from the side of the building.

8) CURRENCY

If going into the U.S., be sure you have American Currency with you.

9) INSURANCE

We do not include cancellation insurance or medical insurance on any of our multi-day tours. As we do not include these insurances, they must be purchased separately, as it is depictive of age, health and number of days travelling. Please be aware that OHIP does not cover out of country medical expenses. Call the office for more information.

Please check the bottom of your invoice for the time and pick-up point of your tour. It is our practice that we will give you a courtesy call prior to departure to confirm time and place.
