NIGHT OF HOPE RECOGNIZES EXCELLENCE IN THE

FAMILY BUILDING COMMUNITY

 

Keiko Zoll, infertility blogger, to be Honored at 13h Annual Night of Hope Celebration

(Boston, July 28, 2010) RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association (RESOLVE) will honor Keiko Zoll with the inaugural Hope Award for Best Viral Video at the 2010 Hope Awards event on September 28, 2010, to be held at Guastavino’s in New York City. The Night of Hope celebration is the industry’s premier event saluting the achievements of the entire family building community. Hosted by Alisyn Camerota, news anchor of Fox & Friends, this awards program recognizes individuals and companies who have impacted the millions of women and men struggling with the disease of infertility.

“RESOLVE congratulates Keiko and all the 2010 Night of Hope Award recipients,” said Barbara Collura, Executive Director of RESOLVE. “We’re honored as the patient advocacy group to be able to bring the family building community together to celebrate all our achievements.”

Keiko Zoll lives in Boston, Massachusetts and works full time in higher education. After earning her B.A. in Communication Studies in 2004 from The College of New Jersey, she married her high school sweetheart, Larry Zoll, in 2008. Since the launch of her short film, “What IF: A Portrait of Infertility,” in April 2010, Keiko has become a tireless advocate for infertility awareness and research in her free time. The film has garnered an additional award from Wellsphere.com, winning the Grand Prize in their “This Is Me” video contest in May 2010. She writes regularly for her blog, Hannah Wept, Sarah Laughed, chronicling both her personal journey through infertility as well as her advocacy efforts. Keiko also writes for Examiner.com as Boston’s Infertility and Miscarriage Examiner. An active member of WEGO Health, an online health activism collaborative, Keiko is currently serving on the Board of Directors for RESOLVE of New England.
