Chicken Taquitos

3 oz. cream cheese

¼ c. salsa

1 Tblsp  fresh lime juice

1 tsp chili powder

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp onion powder

2 cloves minced garlic

3 Tblsp chopped cilantro

2  green onions, chopped

2 c. shredded, cooked chicken

2 c. shredded Mexican cheese

12 (6”)        flour tortillas

kosher salt

Combine all ingredients, through cheese.  Heat tortillas to make them easier to roll up.  Spoon 2-3 Tblsp filling down middle of tortilla.  Roll tortilla tightly around filling.  Place seam-side down on a sheet pan lined with parchment.  Spray tops of taquitos lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with kosher salt.  

Bake 15-20 minutes (or until golden) in a 425 degree oven.  Serve with guacamole, salsa, and/or sour cream.  

**To bake from frozen:  Remove taquitos from package, place on parchment-lined sheet pan and bake in 425 degree oven for 20-25 minutes (or until golden).
