I sighed, I was going to be late, well sorta . You see, I try to be at school at 7am, an hour early, every morning. Getting there any later was late to me, don’t ask why, I guess it’s the OCD.

“Jesse! Come on!” I said as she ran around the house finishing her chores from the night before, my mom wouldn’t drive us until they were done, even though there was an uber thin line between an hour early and an hour late with the way traffic was. My sister just huffed and pulled on her shoes, finally, she grabbed her backpack and headed for the door. I followed after her, shaking my head after her. My mom followed me and we went to the school.

-----

7:15, I was late, great. I muttered to myself as I walked into to cafeteria, “Hey Madi,” I said, “Hey Alex.” She replied, still fully engaged in her minecraft game, “Whatcha building?”

“Finishing my castle,” She said, “Here come see.” I took off my hoodie and sat down to see what she had built. We were just finishing when he showed up.

“Hey Pete-” I didn’t have a chance to finish because Madi had stood up, obviously resulting in her being tackled. “You really should expect that by now.” I said to Madi, not even bothering to laugh.

“Yea, well, you, know?” She replied, re-adjusting her clothing.

“So whats up?” I asked Peter, actually curious.
“Not much,” He said, “Last night though,” I stopped listening as he told his story, well that’s a lie, I listened but only enough to get the basic gist. In case you are wondering he was talking about his mac he has and how he changed the hardware in it, and don’t worry, you’re not insane, it was just another one of his lies.

“Coolness,” I said, not wanting to argue.

The rest of the day went as normal, classes went by, lunch got eaten, then I was really bored during my 7th period math with the sub. However, it was at the end of the day things got off, a letter appeared on all of our desks, it was short but to the point.

Dear GSMST Student,

Hello, it is Dr.Mathews writing to you today. Since the coming of the current freshmen it has occurred to us that society today is just not educationally driven as it once was, all of the current  freshmen have been sent away and as an effort to at least educate the remaining students, the school has become a boarding school. Your parents know what is happening and have signed contracts agreeing, you will still be in contact however you will not be leaving the school -except for under strict guidelines with punishment of death for the JFE, SCE, and job shadowing programs- until you graduate. The fourth floor and east wing will be used as dorms and you will be sorted through an advanced chemical program with a little of your blood to ensure maximum comfort with your peers. Some will have their own small rooms and others will bunk, the blood will determine who, where, and whether or not the rooms are co-ed. Please do not panic, sophomores go to the main lecture hall, juniors to the cafeteria, and seniors go to the bottom floor lecture hall. Also, the computer Internet will be less severely limited on nights and weekends, but an in room curfew will be set at 8, with dinner at 6 pm. breakfast will run until 10:30 on weekends, but lunch and dinner will stay the same. As far as clothing there will be closets filled with all clothing ever at your disposal digitally. Also, your classes will change to your grade level, giving amnesty to all previously missed and or failed classes.

Have a nice day, and go to your specified point to be ‘sorted’,

Dr.Mathews

I looked at all of the freshmen in my class, shrugged and left to the main lecture hall, not looking forward to the whole blood thing, but it did not look like I had an option. I walked into the lecture hall and saw Madi and Del, “Hey guys,” I said, “You okay?” Madi looked very confused, mad,and slightly scared at the same time.

“I thought we were moving,” Said Madi, “Guess its just my mom, dad, sister, and the dogs.”

I hugged her, “It’ll be fine, you can skype them and stuffs.” She nodded, then got in line. Del did not seem particularly concerned as he got in the line after me, but he wasn’t one to show. Madi wasn’t either, but Del really wasn’t, especially in front of people.

“OW!” I said as I got out of the booth, I hated needles! I got a little slip of empty paper, and once everyone got pricked, it showed me a room number. 4.2. So fourth floor, room two. 42, nice.

I looked at Madi and Dels, theirs were the same. “yey!” I said, and skipped, not willing to be upset about the loss in my dog and family. They laughed,

“Of course you would say yey Alex,” Said Madi. Del was smiling and I commented, “Happy to finally have a sleepover?”

“Yup”.

Once we got to our room I noticed how the beds were, they were just about the size of twin beds, and were put into the wall. The little cubbies held beds and had curtains and what I presumed were the digital closets Dr. Mathews had told us about. There were three, all on different walls of the room, the walls of the room itself looked like the aurora borealis in our clubhouse at my old home, and the carpet was a clean yellow that actually looked nice. There was a TV, and wait, the room was still adjusting to us! In my cubby and in Madi’s there was now a little mini cubby at the foot of the beds, about 5 inches up the wall from the mattress itself, in there was a little yappy dog, WING NUT! the wall had a gated entrance and when I pressed a button Wing-Nut came running out, running to Roxy, Madis dog that she had just let out of her bed. Also, in the cubbies were computers, nice ones at that, for all of us.

“This is awesome!” I said, Del nodded in agreement and Madi just pet her dog, mine of course didn’t want to be petted, well she did, but she was running in circles around me so fast it was not going to happen. There was then a digital cork board on our wall, like a very large smart board, I grinned, this place was cool.

Madi Possible Cubby Thing Description:

Dark blue walls, white and black comforter (basically, my current comforter,) knitted pillow in Roxy’s cubby (she is obsessed with that pillow) and... I dunno, it’s a freaking cubby with a bed!

Also, Alex, you are neglecting your responsibility as a writer with a developing story :PS

Alex reply: For all future readers thats the description, and deal with it, :P.

bic-

After a long time we decided to sleep, well, sorta. Madi went to bed (at like 9:45, wtc.... :P) then I did and Del shortly after me.

That night's dream was odd, I imagined me as a Hufflepuffing witch that could do wandless magic, I was wicked smart and flexible as a silly band. This wouldn’t have been so odd, except I woke up with all of this. And apparently, Del and Madi’s had too.

Looks:

Alex:

Del:

Madi:(<-- omg I look perky :D )

I grabbed the wand that Del had gotten me once (I had brought it to school to show it off....), “Lumos.” I said, a light showed up, “HOLY WOW!” I said, then I tried to do a split, no prob. “Well, thats some of my dream, Madi?”

Madi shrugged, “The normal, you know, lupine, stronger, faster, better.” My mind went to the song instantly, though I doubted that that was Madi’s purpose, “Magic, slytherin,” She looked at the mirror, “Guess that’s the eyes, you were are Puff weren’t you? I can’t believe that!” I laughed, “Lameness is not the Puff, but the Snake.” I stuck out my tongue.

She sighed, “Also, I was like a total pirate, ya know?”

I nodded, “So Del, you?”

“Well, I was smart, and I could control things in my mind, and I could tell what people were thinking, so I could get along with them and such.”

I nodded, “OMG I’M A WITCH ON FREE HUG FRIDAY WITH WANDLESS MAGIC! THAT’S FRICKIN AWESOME!”

Madi laughed, “You should use Accio!” I nodded, Del looked confused, “It summons things, and people.” Then I got a great idea, I told Madi and Del, and both agreed, though Del more so than Madi.

We sat at our usual breakfast table, talking. I went to go ‘get some water’, and Madi and Del stayed, talking about the CRAP that had happened in WHAP, ANOTHER DBQ, I mean really.

Peter walked up, thinking he was sneaking up on Madi, right before he was going to be tackling her, I accioed him straight into the chairs on the ‘Do not sit here’ side.

“What?” Asked Del, “Thought you were gonna accio Madi?”

“I was,” I said, as Peter sat confused, “But he would have face planted into the brick.”

Del looked slightly upset that that happened, “We could have gotten kicked out or something Del,” Madi said, “See normal people don’t want people’s faces to run into brick walls”

He laughed, “Well you know, we are GSMST.”
We all laughed, but Peter wasn’t amused, “How’d you do that?” he asked.

“The powers from the dream?” I asked him, he shook his head, “Didn’t sleep.”

I laughed, “Your fault,” I said, “You should have slept in your cubby.”

He looked at me odd again, “I had a bunk bed....”

I laughed, “Awee, someone is connecting to their inner child!”

He glared, then a tiger walked in, I saw the tiger and freaked out, so did Del, Madi, and Peter. But then, “Hi Beau,” I said, the lion roared, then changed to a laughing Beau.

“Dang,” said Beau, “I was hoping to scare you, everyone else got their dreams, what about you guys?”

I shook my head, “Not Peter here, genius didn’t sleep.”

“You should have!” Said Beau, “Its really fun.” He grinned and I laughed.

Constance then walked in with a pencil, “Hey.” She said, I gave her a weird look, “Did you sleep last night?”

“Yup,” She replied, “Then I woke up and felt off, I dunno.”

I nodded, not saying anything.

Later that day, Constance was dead.

“What!” I yelled during the middle of math class with Madi, Del, Beau, and Peter (these were just the people around me). They had just announced about 50 deaths, stating that they were ‘unfortunately not strong enough for the change.’ Madi looked shocked, and she was the only face I saw because I ran out of the room straight to the front office.

“DR.MATHEWS!” I screamed, “WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!”

He was sitting at his desk, calm, “I am changing the students in the school for the better.”

“BETTER DEAD?” I replied, I was mad, so mad, madity-mad mad.

“Calm down, bad behaviour will not just result in a suspension this time.”

I glared, “What.Have.You.Done.With.My.Friends.”

He laughed, he freaking laughed! “Ohh Alexandria,” he pronounced it Alexandra, I hate that, “You did not know all of those people!”

“They were fellow students! They are therefore my friends.” I said, and regardless I cared.

“Your silly little emotions and loyalties are going to get to you some day,” He said.

I glared again, “I want me and my friends, and this school, away. from. you. I know your brain is filled with evil little thoughts so let me say it simply, GTFO!”

“Such bad language from such a small, small girl.” Said a new voice,

Wait, I know that voice, don’t I?

“Oh Alex, you know me, don’t you?”

“Peter John?” I asked, dumbfounded, then his face changed,

“Or am I just Peter?” He changed again, again, with each face. “Corbett? C.O.W.? Dr.Slack? Luis?” His voice changed with each person, but the scariness did not as he got too serious. “Or am I a person closer to you? Madi? Delaon? McD? Oh Alex, aren’t you lucky that looks cannot kill? Killing me would be not so productive, but, can they? Can looks kill? I’ll leave you to ponder that.”

I continued glaring, and indeed hoping to kill him with said glare, but I was also pondering, even though it was giving in to him, what had he meant?

Del was thinking in his head, Madi was thinking aloud, and Wing-Nut was staring at Roxy from my bed.

“So,” She said, “ Maybe looks can, maybe its something he has?”

“Or,” I counted, “He is simply re-stating his power of shapeshifting, looks can kill?”

Del was still thinking. I continued, “Regardless, we need to stop him, get him, but how? his looks change all of the time! At will! I think...”

Del spoke up, “His DNA,” he said, “His DNA would stay standard. His voice changes but his DNA tells it to, he could also simply just have full control of his mind, but if we get his DNA, we get him.”

“We’d need something to compare it to.” I said, ‘How are we going to get everyone's DNA?”

I then had a stroke of brilliance, “Free food.”  Madi and Del looked at me odd, “Sweetie,” Said Madi, “I know that in your mind that made sense but to us normal people that was absolutely insane, and random, please explain.”

“Look, we give out free food, and we take their spoons in a ‘trash can’, we can label the spoons so that... we don’t ‘mix up their orders.’”

Del laughed, “That is actually a good idea.”

“What can I say, “ I said, “I am brilliant.”

Madi hit me, “What was that for?” I asked, astounded but laughing.

“You told me to hit you when you were being arrogant or annoying.” She said seriously, I agreed. Then we both laughed, Del gave us a weird look.

“Come on people, its free food!” I yelled, “Hey Madi, Del, you two run this, I’ll go get the people who have not gotten food yet.”

“Why don’t I go?” Asked Del, I laughed, but Madi answered.

“Honey buns-”

“Honey buns? Thats new.”

“-It is, now , Honey buns, you aren’t the perky one, Alex is, you don’t even like people!”

Del nodded, “Good point.”

“Well, I’m off.” I ran through the people, “Oi! Peter!” I yelled at Peter John, “Come on, food!” My metamorphigous friend nodded, “Oi! Other Peter! Thomas! Guermo or whatever your name is! Marcus! Food, free food! Go get it!” I was skipping around, “Hey, Corbett, go get food!”My flame throwing insomniac of a boyfriend looked at me.

“Cool, I’ll get you some of the ice cream too.”

I gave him a look, “You go get some and think of why that is a bad idea.”

“OH YEA!”

“Yea, go, shoo! Food. HEY EVERYONE FREE FOOD! FREE ICE CREAM!” Everyone in the outside went to the cafeteria, various positive comments were being said. I skipped backward and fell down the stairs, right down onto my child.

“SEAN!” I yelled, “Oh my god you’re back!”

He was shocked, “Er, yea, um, see, since I was 15 and there was a typo in the grid....”

I squeed, got up, pulled him up, and squeezed him in a hug. “Well it doesn’t matter why you are still here, only that you are!”

He laughed nervously, “Yup.”

“So did you get your own room?”  I asked, curious, it seemed that some people did not want to share living quarters. Odd right?

“Er, yea…” He said, still nervous, being around all upperclassmen must have done my little freshie a number.

“Coolness, you should come to the trio room, it’s really cool. We could do a pizza night!”

He laughed, “Sounds fun!”

“Well, I got to recruit more people to get free ice cream, go! Free ice cream for you! Not optional.”

He laughed, “You actually think I would turn down ice cream?”

“Nope, that's why I am leaving you to go get others to get it!” I skipped away, “PEOPLE, WHAT IS SO CONFUSING? FREE ICE-CREAM! GO, EAT, ENJOY!” I yelled as I ran around, “COME ON! FREE ICE CREAM!”

That night we were converting the spoons to dna data that we could use, there was a random boom and a shuffle too close the window, ending up with the monitor turned off, and then an “Ow..”

“What the hell, Alyssa?” I asked, “Aren’t you suppose to be home?”

Del ran up and picked her up, she was shaken up and Madi did not seem happy that she was here.

“Um, no, see they killed the freshmen, not ‘sent them away.’ I escaped, I’ve been in the air ducts up there- the metal above you’re room is the strongest -and heard your DNA thing, and I don’t know much about DNA but I wanna help, I was gonna sneak to the actual door, but I tripped...” Said Alysa, now that I thought about it, she was covered in dust and goose bumps.

“Look, sweetie, I am sorry about this, but you can’t stay with us, like-” Said Madi, “I don’t know but we have a lot to do, and its enough of a risk-”

“That having a person here to keep watch on everything would be amazing,” I said, “We would love to help you, lets find you a place to sleep.”

Del nodded and Madi huffed, “Alex you can’t possibly-”She sighed, “You know what, fine, but you and Del can take care of her, I’m not!” She stormed to her ‘cubby’ and shut the curtains.

“Well...” I said, then Del spoke.

“You can sleep in my cubby, and stay up in the clubhouse during the day.”

“er,” Said Alyssa, “I mean, I was fine in the ducts...”

I sighed, Del, she can’t just be in your cubby.... “Okay, Alyssa, we can put you up in the clubhouse, deal?”

Alyssa nodded, “Sounds good,” Del’s face looked stressed, I gave him a weird look and he still looked pained.  Then he started blushing,

“You okay Del?” I asked,

“Y-yea, uh, I’m gonna, go to my cubby...” And he left. I shrugged,

“Okay? Well... Alyssa, why don’t you go upstairs, here, read this book.” I handed her my Biology book, “Read everything on DNA, okay?”

Alyssa nodded and left, “OH! WE HAVE A MINI-FRIDGE UP THERE, FEEL FREE TO IT, ITS UN-EMPTIABLE!”

ooc~        Question: when did we get a clubhouse and where is it? ~*~

ooc- we got the club house with the room, also, the club house is like, the roof? its all modern but the same general colors and set up.

i feel like a bad person for writing on here while i am ‘preparing for the gateway’....

bic-

“YUM!” Said Alyssa, well, she didn’t say it, she yelled it. There was a knock on the door and I shutdown the computer monitor before getting the door, thank you person! Wait, what, “Sanchez?” Sanchez, my psycho killer friend named Alex Sanchez, was a teddy bear on the inside! He was showing off short pink hair and rainbow eyes, brony to the extreme.

“Yea, um, see I need to get in to do some killing, with this matchstick and my fist.” I nodded, this was normal for him, believe it or not. Thankfully he never did actually kill anyone.

“Cool, come in.” He came in, walked to Del’s cubby, and hit him in the face.

“WHAT THE CRAP?” I yelled, “WHAT WAS THAT?”

“What’s going on?” Asked Madi, she had jumped out of her cubby and was looking flustered and confused. Del retaliated, swinging out to punch him,

“OI!” yelled Madi, “What is going on?”

“Sanchez hit Del, Del hit Sanchez, now you know as much as me.” I said flatly, utterly confused and hoping it was over it. But, of course, they weren’t! “GUYS! Stop, come on, violence is not the answer. Come on, don’t be silly, don’t fight, guys, you’re friends!” While I was yelling Madi had separated them and thrown Sanchez out,

“Thanks Madi.” I said, she nodded, then looked at Del.

“What?” Del asked, looking confused.

“What was that about?” I asked, tag teaming with Madi.

He sighed, “I told him that he didn’t have a chance with you, and then Peter decided to tell him that I had a thing for you.”

“Oh ha ha, your lying sucks,” I said, “Come on!”

He sighed, “Look, it is nothing big, not your problem, yet.”

Then he left, very much so like himself, ug.  I looked at Madi, “Oh teach me master, how to tackle him and make him tell us.”

Madi laughed, “Let’s go, wait, no, nevermind.”

What the crap? I thought, “Okay.” I said, shaking my head and giving her a confused look.

“He won’t tell us regardless.” She said, “Plus, we have a lot of DNA to get through.”

I sighed, she was right. I went to the computer and looked at the DNA work stuff, this program was working fast, we might be done within the next two weeks, have every student’s DNA, boyah.

The next morning was another game changer, we all woke up after having the weird dreams, so we were all much better at our specific skills. And for the first time, Peter had his. I found I was almost weightless and magic was coming really easy, I also found I did not like the new ‘powered up’ Peter. ‘Powered up’ Peter was a Peter that could become invisible, not cool. However, there was more than that. everyone seemed to have developed a weakness. I for one found I could not hide my emotions, because they went straight to my now white hair. Madi lost her balance , Delaon’s old mask for a face now couldn’t suppress a single emotion, and Peter found he couldn’t lie anymore.

I walked into the cafeteria, I looked around at everyone, there were a lot less people than yesterday. I was saddened, “Madi, I think some people didn’t make this change.”

Madi nodded, “Yeah.” I took a deep breath.

“Madi, where’s Corbett?”

“He didn’t make it,” Said Peter, “His dorm was next to mine.”

“Oh,” I said, saddened, but not showing it, other than my now sea blue hair. There were video cameras, Dr. Mathews would not see me cry. There wasn’t much talking that day, everyone was silent and no-one said anything about the fact that the class size had been split in half and then some, faces were red, and tension was high and, well, tense. I was stoic throughout the classes, and my hair was a rainfall blue, almost depressing people more.

That night, we continued to work on the DNA, it was almost done with the processing. As it did its work, we all did AP Bio work, the processing giving us a reason to value the class, and therefore study it.

“Wait, so what’s the point of this lab?” Asked Del, obviously frustrated, it was a long prelab.

I sighed, “Its to use the plasmid to change the color of the bacterium. With our thingy,” I side, not saying it specifically what because I was trying to be cautious. “It actually might be something you want to learn.”

Del nodded, and we went back to studying, well doing the pre-lab. For another fifteen minutes we worked, and then, it was done.

“Guys!” I said as I noticed it was done, “Guys! Its done!” My hair turned a bright yellow as I ran to the screen.

ooc~ slkfgjdljfg. That is all. ~*~

ooc- lol, lets see, *suspence*

Del jumped out of his chair fast, and promptly fell down, I chuckled, but the excitement of the DNA being cataloged overran the humor of Del tripping, again. Madi got up and walked to the screen, “Yeah!” She said, I smiled,

“Now for the hard part.”

“The hard part?” Asked Madi, “That was pretty hard.”

“Well we gotta get mean-face’s DNA” I said.

“That’s not hard,” Said Del.

“Sweetie,” Said Madi, “Yes, it is.”

“Seriously it’s not,” Said Del.

“Yes, Del, it is.” I insisted, but her continued.

“No, I just have to get in trouble.” He said.

“Ha, no.” I said, “Too dangerous, regardless, how would that get the DNA?”

He sat for a second, “Get blood, like, cut him or something.”

“No,” I said.

“That could potentially work though,” Said Madi, I gave her a weird look, “You get in trouble, you are good at getting attention, me and Del, we can sneak and get something from his office. Like, a lollipop or something.”

“How would you know it’s his? A mix up could easily happen.” I said, the general idea was a good one, but the chances of it messing up were just too high.

Alyssa then came downstairs, “I wasn’t going to come, you guys being older and all, but you could grab his water bottle.”

Madi rolled her eyes, “Same problem Alyssa.”

“Not really, Madison,” She said, upset with Madi’s dislike of her, and disliking Madi, wasn’t that fun? “Because the guy is hyper aware of germs, he drinks out of a reusable bottle with his name on it that no-one else can drink, he’s crazy about it.”

Del nodded, “Sounds like a plan, but how would we get into his office?”

“I could show you, through the air ducts and stuff,” Alyssa said, “Though I don’t think they could hold you up Del, no offence.”

I nodded as he huffed, “Seriously Del, plus, I need someone to get in trouble with that won’t be offended at my random yelling, I have just the plan.” He smiled, this is just what he liked doing. We split up, Alyssa and Madi (so happy I wasn’t in that group) working out how they would get there, and me and Del determining the specifics of the destruction. We all knew it would happen 4th period the next day.

It was 4th period, the whole gang (minus Alyssa, well she was there, sorta, she was in the roof) went to Mr. Rienhart’s Pre-Calculus class. Today he was lecturing on the evils of banks, genius, though actually kinda, no, not related, sorry, I tried. Me and Del started our charade. Or, we tried.

“One sec Peter, I gotta talk to Del.” I said, turning away.

“Look, you just know you are wrong.” He said.

“What?” I said, turning around, “I know I’m right.”

“Yeah,” He said, “That’s why you just gave up.”

Madi was giving me crazy looks, what was I doing? Seriously, it was a bad time to get into an argument with Peter.

In that split second, though, my brain decided the destruction of the calm would be by me and Peter, Del was a crap liar, and plus, why would we argue? Everyone knows I argue with Peter. When my mind came to that decision Madi was mouthing no, a lot, I ignored her, and spoke again.

“I didn’t give up so much as decide to give you a break,” I said, rolling my eyes, the sarcasm always pissed him off.

“You don’t even have any solid reasoning as to why I’m wrong.”

“Solid?” I asked,my voice getting louder, “How about some hollow reasoning as to why you’re right at all? Can’t do that? You spend so much time arguing about how stupid people are, did you ever consider how stupid, arrogant, and ignorant you are?”

“Whatever,” Said Peter, “If it’s stupid.”

“Just stop!” I said, at this point the entire class was staring, “You are the stupid one here.” It was now that Reinhart finally decided to do something.

“Now, Alex, Peter, what is going on here?” He said.

“Stay out of it,” I said to Reinhart, “Now Peter, you are going to take it back, now.”

“Ms. Allen!” Said Mr.Reinhart, “And Mr. Willey, go to the Principal's office, now.”

Crap. How could I distract both Peter and the bad guy?

When we walked out of the room, I pushed him into a closet.

“Um, Alex,” He said, sounding confused and uncomfortable.

I rolled my eyes, not that he could see that in the surprisingly dark closet. “Peter, you aren’t about to get anything, I do learn. Seriously though, stay here.” I said, before getting out and instantly being proven wrong, as he walked out.

“Alex, what the crap?” He asked, leaving the closet.

“Peter, just for once, don’t be unhelpful.” I said, running out of time.

“Alex, what is going on?” He asked, and it occurred to me that he was just not going to leave me alone. So I did what I had to do, I shoved him into the AP Chemistry Classroom. Not only did it get him out of my hair, but it also reached my goal of getting the entire schools attention.

HEY EVERYBODY, IT’S ME, ALEXANDRIA ALLEN, BEING DISTRACTING, WHAT WILL I DO NEXT? COME OUT, SEE WHAT HAPPENS, BE DISTRACTED, THERE IS NOTHING GOING ON, NO CONSPIRACY, SO YOU SHOULDN’T BOTHER TO COME SEE.” I yelled very loud, and walked as a fair pace, all of the way around the school (I went the ‘long’ way so I could get to all of the classrooms in the school). Every student and teacher was out, and now I was in front of Dr.Mathews old office, now the bad-guys office.

“YO FACE-GUY,” I yelled, “I WAS KICKED OUT FOR BEING TOO AWESOME!” The original plan made it seem like normal everyday distractions, but this, this was just ‘Alex being Alex’.

“What,” Asked face-guy calmly, noticing the crowd of people and conspicuously closing his office door, which worked for me, lot less work. “Is the meaning of this?”

I grinned, “Oh you know me, always one for attention, but seriously Peter Willey just randomly attacked the AP Chem class, well, I may have pushed him in, but anyway, he definitely needs to talk to you.”

Many people were laughing at this point, those like Payam and Del who just liked this type thing, many were staring though, most were. People like Zorah and Beau who just did not know what was going on.

“In my office,” He said angrily, “Now.”

I laughed.

“Ms. Allen!”

I laughed again.

“MS. ALLEN!”

“MR. I-DON’T-ACTUALLY-KNOW-YOUR-NAME-BECAUSE-I-CALL-YOU-FACE-GUY!”

Oh he was beyond angry, and beyond distracted.

“What makes you think you can just disrupt classes and order? I oughta have you killed right here and now.” He said, bluffed more like, out of sight out of mind, he had to have me visibly in pain, but I could deal with pain, a cut, that’s nothing.

“What makes you think I can’t?” I challenged, “I obviously have proven capable. Also, why do you still pretend to be Dr. Mathews, you can change your entire appearance, why not be Harry Potter? The Tenth Doctor?” There it was, the broken piece, now people knew, it wasn’t Dr. Mathews. If my declaration wasn’t enough, his pause before his answer was. He recognised his mistake, though, and with a smile figured out how to gain control again. He got calm,

“Teachers, escort all students to their classes and do a head count,” CRAP! What about Madi? I hoped she heard and was headed that way now, I noticed her looking at me from the crowd, good. “And Ms. Allen, I would like to have a meeting with you in my office now.” Everyone stood still, they knew he wasn’t Dr. Mathews, he changed then, to look like me, then changed back, terrifying them just enough to get the teachers to want, if nothing else, to get the students away from the ‘evil man’.

Crap, now was the part of the plan I hadn’t really thought of, what was he going to do to me? It’s not like there was a law/order here. He could do anything, break bones, hit my face, hurt someone I know... Nope, that was not an option.

“Adios chicos!” I said, waving back, before walking into the office. Mr. Face-guy closed the door after me, I plopped down, and he sat in his seat on the opposing side of the desk.

“Alexandria Leigh Allen,” He said, “Daughter of Michael and Jennifer Allen, oldest in her generation on both sides, older sibling to Jessica Allen.” He continued, “Member of the ‘Golden Trio’ with Madison Wheeler and Delaon Bellagamba, also significantly close to John McDonough. Recent breakup with Peter Willey, and you are also significantly mad at a one Ian Rhodes.” I glared now, why did he know so much about me? “Oh, yes, it is just you.” He said, “Because unlike other students, like Corbett Ferguson,” My hair went from a mixed emotion black to a blue sad, then to a red mad. “You are always in the way.”

“Then why’d he die?” I asked, still angry.

“To hurt you of course,” Said Face-guy. He was serious, “And unless you want someone else hurt, I’d suggest you stay low.”

My hair was still red, but now with determination, “With every student you hurt,” I said, low and mad, “You give us -me- more to fight for. With every death, I get even more determined.” Much like him, I was serious, and he knew it.

“Well then,” He said, “I will just have to come up with a more.. fun way to teach you not to rebel.”

I laughed, still very determined, “Good luck.” I did some quick wandless magic, I was no-longer trapped to the room. If I ran, I could escape. That wouldn’t be good, though, because he would just get me. “May I leave now?” I asked.

“Just one second,” He said, standing up and walking to me and placing his hand on my arm. One second, it was fine, the next, the bone was broken entirely. He then put his hand on my face as my hair turned black, fear. A cut then sliced my right cheek. Visible, telling the world what happened. Then, he sat down,

“You may leave now.” He said, going through paperwork.

I stood up, unwilling to let him see my pain, though I was now sad and my hair was a deep sea blue because of it.

I limped all of the way to my dorm, I knocked on the door, and Madi answered.

“Oh god,” She said, going to help me, as I leaned on her, the lack of balance she had kicked in and way fell over, spraining my ankle and dislocating her shoulder. As the door dinged shut both Alyssa and Del came to help. Del’s face clearly showed panic as him and Alyssa rushed to help us. We went to the club house, though there were stairs, because there were a couple of really big bean bag chairs and the cubbies would be really hard to do anything on.

I felt useless as I layed on the chair watching them relocated Madi’s shoulder. Even more as it popped in and she screamed, and then, they came to me. I imagine my face was real bloody, I know my shirt was. I saw Alyssa’s lips move, ‘Madi, can you work?’ I couldn’t hear anything, I felt Madi, or someone, wipe my face as my eyesight faded away and I was knocked out from the pain.

I woke up in my cubbie, “Uhm,” I started to ask, “Is anyone here?” I sat up, my broken arm in a makeshift cast and sling, then went to walk and fell.

A sling-wearing Madi helped me get up before giving me crutches, “Del stole them from the clinic, unfortunately everything else had to be rigged.”

I used the crutches to walk to a full length mirror we had, my face seemed to be glued together and the sling appeared to be made from the fabric of some sheets. Next, my ankle was wrapped tightly with some denim however, the cast was the real ‘beauty’.

“Hot glue, duct tape, the bottom is a sheet, towels, and the top is actually a towel we bleached and soaked in watered down elmer's glue before we used it on the top.”

Not bad, I thought, “Good, good. Thanks for all of this,” I sighed, “I try not to get hurt all the time, I really do.”

Madi laughed, “I don’t believe you.”

“Smart.” I replied, “Now, where’s Del?”

“Here,” He said, turning off the monitors, I hadn’t noticed, I never notice. “Now, the DNA is processing but it’s been a day and it isn’t even a fourth done, his DNA is complicated.”

“Thats odd,” I walked over to him, “Thanks for everything by the way, where’s Alyssa?”

"Raiding the nurses office again," Replied Del, "We figured we would probably need them soon."

I nodded, "How long was I out?"

"Week or so," Said Del, "Madi took notes for you, they're on the desk."

Madi nodded, "You should start on that now, they're really knocking down on getting people killed for grades."

"What?" I asked, "Like, instantly or do they ask later for you to come?"

"They ask later..." Said Del, he was concerned as to where I was going with it.

"Okay, we have to stop this!" I exclaimed.

"No," Said Madi, "We don't, we can't!"

"Uh, what?" I asked, turning to Madi.

"We can't help out anymore." She said, looking me in the eye. We were both getting mad, I could tell because Del was looking nervous and when Alyssa walked in, he walked out with her.

"What?" I exploded, "We have to! We have to help our fellow students, our friends!"

"No," She yelled, "We are already doing the DNA, I got hurt, you got real hurt, and we're already harbouring Alyssa, if we do anymore we won't be any help."

"We have to try!" I yelled back, "We can't just do enough and say its good!"

"If we keep pushing," She screamed, "We will die!"

"That's a risk we absolutely have to take!"

"Not on my watch!"

"If I break your fucking orange watch then will we be a-okay?"

"You may be willing to throw your life away, but I'm not!"

"It's not throwing away!" I screamed, "It's fighting for a good cause!"

"You know, whatever, you do what you're gonna do, but past the DNA and Alyssa, keep me the hell out of it." She said, crossing her arms. I huffed in frustration and stormed out of the room.

ooc~ So I started reading this and got confused about an orange watch so I had to reread the whole thing, and edited it while I was at it. I’m very proud of myself for crossing my arms while in a sling, but its totally something I would do.

ooc- ikr! I was just like, it's gonna hurt, but she would so do it!

bic-

I soon turned back into the room, "I hate walking in krutches." I explained and Madi nodded, "So you storm out?"

Madi nodded, and stormed out.
