Qu: What do we want to be/offer?  Do we want to be an activist group, or a community touchie-feelie group, or educationally focused, or something else?

Qu: Who do we want to have on board? Do we want people who can offer something, with a project in mind, or do we want to build up numbers with people who want to help others with things, or even just be in the know about things?

Ans: We have previously advertised semi-regularly and don’t want to come across as if we’re desperate.
