Below fish swim

Here the monkey playfully wings from tree to tree

Above we explore the vast openness of space

Below we explore the vast sea floors

Here we work to improve our actions through technology

Is this really life?

Above planes fly

Below ride people the ferry

Here people drive cars

Is this really life?

Above is heaven

Below is hell

Here people gather in praise

Is this really life?

Above the atmosphere is polluted

Below the oceans are choked up by chemicals

Here garbage litters every where

Is this really life?

Above bombs fall

Below nuclear subs roam

Here we shoot to kill

Is this really life?

Above is the sky

Below is the ground

Here you are

Yesterday consisted of hate in every subject

Today learn from your mistakes

Tomorrow it gets better

It needs to get better

We need to wipe hate from the list of characteristic a human can have

Once we do that thing will start to get better

We need to accept that everyone has a different view on everything

That apple is red

That apple is reddish orange

That apple is very shiny

Life is like a mirage everyone sees it differently

Even when practicing your religion

The person to your right may have the same idea as you

But when asked to describe your god(s)/ afterlife/ being reborn

No two people will describe it in the same way

We need to reach a state of mind where we can respect each others ideas/ views

While at the same time, be able to share them

And educate each other off our different ideas

If that is to big of a step

Start out by just smiling

One smile will make someone’s day

Go out dancing

Share a joke

Even if it corny

Listen to music

Make music

Write poetry

Write stories

Read different types of writings

Hold the door for someone

Lend a helping hand

Smile

Is this really life?
