This document outlines how to set up access to your Colgate Gmail on an

iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.

Instructions:

These instructions were written on an iPad. The instructions are also the same for iPod Touches and iPhones. For these instructions to work best with these devices we recommend that your devices have os version 4 or higher. Please note that this method will not synchronize calendars. A link with instructions for setting up calendars and contacts can be found at the end of this document.

A. Tap on Settings

B. Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars

C. Under Accounts tap on Add Account...

D. Tap on Gmail

E. Add to the fields listed below and then tap Next:

F. Your information will be verified. Verification can take up to 30 seconds.

G. Once your information has been verified you can choose what you want to synchronize. Mail, Calendars; and Notes are automatically turned on. Turn Off the Calendar feature. Your settings should be the same as the ones on the picture below. Tap Save.

H. After saving you are taken back to the settings page. Tap on your newly created account Colgate.

I. Switch the Archive Messages feature to OFF as seen in the picture and Tap Done this will take you back to the main settings page.

J. Under accounts tap on Fetch New Data.

K. Select Every 15 Minutes. You are now done configuring your iOS device.
