Service Department Technician

Sanitary Supply Corp, Inc Service Department is growing, we are interviewing for a service technician or apprentice to our service manager. Sanitary Supply Corp is the number One Service center in Colorado for Janitorial Equipment.

Skills, abilities, personality and knowledge that will help to become successful in our service department:

• Customer service and written / verbal communication
• troubleshooting electrical motors, pumps, valves, wiring and parts diagrams.

Job descriptions:

• receive equipment into service department log customer -equipment -problem.
• inspect - troubleshoot for service repairs
• specify to customer work to be completed including parts, labor, shipping or travel costs
• work ticket - order parts, complete repairs, clean equipment
• instruct customer on repairs completed
• offer solutions for additional services, service contracts, new options for equipment.
• receive parts into inventory
• pull parts from bins
• sell parts and supplies as required

Entry level service apprentice , learn basic service skills, parts identification , equipment types, customer service, billing practices. starting pay $12-14 hour depending on experience.

Service Technician, able to inspect,  identify and fix equipment in our service department or at customer locations. prep equipment for return to customers, prepare basic billing of materials and labor. offer solutions for new equipment or rental equipment to satisfy customer needs.  pay structure $ 13-15 hour depending on experience.

Senior Service Tech, repair equipment as needed, pulling parts service materials and labour rates to complete service. suggest and sell older equipment with new technology, sell service maintenance plans, asst Service Manager on major accounts plans and reviews pay structure $15.00 plus commission.( to be determined )
