My Education Philosophy

        I strongly believe that the children today are the future of our country and possibly the world. Every student has the potential to be great, it’s the people in their lives that can influence their path to greatness. As a teacher I want to help students grow in all aspects of life and also help the students develop not only mentally but also physically. Also as a teacher I would provide and safe and fun learning environment. When students are having fun they tend to learn more because they are interested and involved in your teaching lesson. Having a safe and positive learning environment is also very important in education. Students respond a lot better to positive feedback than negative. If you show the students that your there for them and you want them to succeed they’ll participate and want to learn more. In class I would have lessons where I could get the students to express who they are.  I want students to be able to open up and try new things instead of holding back. I believe that integrating technology into the classroom will grab the students attention and interest. In today’s world technology is starting to take over, and technology is a great way for students to learn and find new information. It’s also important to find out what the students are interested in and relate it to what you’re teaching. It’s a lot easier for students to learn when they are interested and familiar with something that you’re teaching them. As a teacher I believe that it would be important to get the students inspired to learn and develop a passion for education.
