VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT SIGN-UPS (11/13- 11/21) UPDATED VERSION

Mini-THON is hosting its 2nd annual Volleyball Tournament on Wednesday, November 22nd. The cost is $10.00 per person to sign-up.  Each team must have a minimum of 4 players, one girl playing on the court at all times and, and no more than two Upper St. Clair JV or Varsity players per side. Today is the FINAL day to sign-up for the tournament.. Make sure to have the sign-up form filled out and and all of your teammates’ money accounted for.

Applications are now available for the South Hills College Club Scholarship. Applications are available on Naviance and are due to the Counseling Office by February 8th.

Congratulations to the Hometown High Q team - Abby Wagner, Wyatt Keating, and Team Captain Spencer Mill- as well as “Ace Alternate” Dan Speer -for their recent win. If you missed the program, it will air again this saturday at 11:30 AM on KDKA. The team will compete in the play-offs during the winter.

 

The German and Spanish clubs are celebrating St. Nicholas Day and 3 Kings Day together on Tuesday, November 28 in Rooms 148/149. Join us for Mexican Hot Chocolate, German Cookies and Crafts. (Crafts will be donated to Boyce World Language classes.)

The Varsity Hockey Team won a big game vs. Pine Richland tonight 5-2. Sam McKeever opened the scoring in the first period with an unassisted goal. He was followed by goals from Devin Rorhrich, Mark McQuade, Quinn Giacobbe. Devin fired his second of the night with an empty net goal to finish things off! Jonathan Bleier was hugh in net with 35 saves on 37 shots. USC moves to 4-4 in the division, just 2 points out of first place.
