Dear Sir,

I’m claiming about my Children’s Passports seems lost, since mid of 2008, I handed over my children’s 3 passports to Sari Bunga raya  21 Jalan Sultan Abdul Samad, Brickfields:- Kuala Lumpur. Since then I did not received any Passports for the last two years, they gave me several appointment but no result so far.

For your Information I’m Ismahan Shiikh Osman a Single Mother I constrained to write this letter to you to day because of intolerant condition that I met this Office, I don’t want to stay this brother Country with no legal visa, we come this country only because of Education of my children I paid sum amount of USD 9,520,00 which is equivalent Ringgit 30,940,00 (Thirty Thousand nine hundred and forty Ringgit) but unfortunately my children have no legal visa for ever since they come into Malaysia, for what I should stay without visa and I pay every Semester.

Would you please intervene this matter because of heavy pressure from my family who claimed why you pay ever semester for 2 years without having any legal visa and result of lost our passport, we have a problem when we contact to Hospitals and Bank they asked me where is your Passport?

I’m the Mother of 6 Children; I need your help in order to get my Documents, I already lost my tolerance please do me all possible as much as possible. And thanks your assistance that you have done for me and for the sake of my children.
