Turkey Stew with Vegetables

Ingredients:
600g/1.3lb turkey breast tenders or turkey breast
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 small or 1/2 big onion (100g/3.5oz), chopped
1 small bell pepper (200g/7oz), julienned
2 handfuls of green peas (frozen or fresh)
2 handfuls of green beans (frozen or fresh)
1 vegetable bouillon
1 1/2 cups water
425g/15oz tomatoes sauce (1 can)
salt, black pepper, chili powder or paprika powder
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons sour cream
canola oil or olive oil
Directions:
Rinse the meat well and cube, add salt, black pepper and paprika or chili powder, mix well and set aside while you prepare vegetables.
Heat oil in a large skillet or pot, over medium heat. Add garlic and onion and cook until tender. Add bell pepper and cook for a while then add cubed turkey and cook for about 5 minutes. Pour in the water and add vegetable bouillon, cover and cook slowly for about 8-10 minutes over low heat stirring from time to time. After about 5 minutes of cooking add peas and green beans. Finally pour in the tomatoes sauce, stir and bring to boil.
In a small cup mix well flour and sour cream, add 8-10 tablespoons of boiling sauce and mix very well and pour this mixture into a pot. Mix/stir well, bring to boil and remove from the heat.
Serve over some pasta or potatoes.
