yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

600g/1.3lb turkey breast tenders or turkey breast

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 small or 1/2 big onion (100g/3.5oz), chopped

1 small bell pepper (200g/7oz), julienned

2 handfuls of green peas (frozen or fresh)

2 handfuls of green beans (frozen or fresh)

1 vegetable bouillon

1 1/2 cups water

425g/15oz tomatoes sauce (1 can)

salt, black pepper, chili powder or paprika powder

2 teaspoons all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons sour cream

canola oil or olive oil

Directions:

Rinse the meat well and cube, add salt, black pepper and paprika or chili powder, mix well and set aside while you prepare vegetables.

Heat oil in a large skillet or pot, over medium heat. Add garlic and onion and cook until tender. Add bell pepper and cook for a while then add cubed turkey and cook for about 5 minutes. Pour in the water and add vegetable bouillon, cover and cook slowly for about 8-10 minutes over low heat stirring from time to time. After about 5 minutes of cooking add peas and green beans. Finally pour in the tomatoes sauce, stir and bring to boil.

In a small cup mix well flour and sour cream, add 8-10 tablespoons of boiling sauce and mix very well and pour this mixture into a pot. Mix/stir well, bring to boil and remove from the heat.

Serve over some pasta or potatoes.

Enjoy!:)
