Tetso library is a ‘Learning Resource Centre’. Teaching and learning are supported by the library through books, reading material, class notes, syllabus, e-resources and more. It is well equipped with reference books, magazines, (national and international), textbooks, journals, periodicals and newspapers, project work, cd’s etc.
The library is computerized to allow easy browsing of books for students and staff, and AC reading room provisions for quiet reading or study are an integral part of the library environment. Class exhibits of SUPW, Project Work and Posters are routinely featured in the Library Exhibit Hall.
Tetso Library is also registered to the N-LIST (National Library and Information Services Infrastructure for Scholarly Content) programme. This programme provides access to more than 3800+ e-journals (including current issues with 10 years back files) and 80,000+ e-books. Some of the e-resources include journals from Cambridge University Press, Economic and Political Weekly, Oxford journals. In order to promote research and study, students and teachers have free access to the e-resources during College hours.
Library book order suggestions are accepted from students and staff to ensure the library stays current and relevant. Xerox facilities are available.
