100 ml lukewarm milk
500 g flour
100 g sugar
50 gr ground chestnut
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 ts salt
80 g soft butter
100 g (raw) pumpkin grated
2 eggs
2 pinches of cinnamon
1 pack of dried yeast
Put the ingredients in this order into the bread baking machine.
Make sure the yeast does not reach the liquid ingredients. I leave a hole in the middle of the flour for it.
I set my machine to Cake mode, Color light, Size 2.0 lb.
