(2) Once you’ve liked the GilsMethod page on Facebook, click on the Recommend button. (3) Sign up for our newsletter by visiting our website and enter your email address. Participants are only allowed to win one prize for this Promotion.

Prize: 10 eligible entrants will be considered winners and will each receive 1 Apple product determined by the giveaway interval they are selected at (ARV for prizes are as follows: iTunes Gift Card $30,  iPod Shuffle $49, Apple TV $99, iPod Nano $149, iPod Touch $229). Prize may be subject to terms, restrictions and conditions imposed by GJP Media.

Winner Selection: GJP Media will recognize a random winner at each fan level that is eligible (see How to Enter) after November 22, 2010 until the GilsMethod.com Facebook page reaches 10,000 fans as potential winners. Submissions which do not meet the criteria in How to Enter will not be eligible to win. The odds of winning depend on the Fan level that the drawing is made.

GJP Media will contact winners over Email to receive their mailing information for prize fulfillment. GJP Media and its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner. The prize will be delivered within two weeks. No prize transfer, assignment or substitution by winner permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the Prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  If the potential winner declines the prize, does not respond to the prize notification within 14 consecutive days, fails to claim the prize, is unavailable for prize fulfillment, fails to abide by the Official Rules, or is ineligible, GJP Media may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and GJP Media may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries.  

Right to Cancel:  If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, printing errors, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, GJP Media reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. GJP Media further reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the submission process or any other part of the Promotion.
