Fundraising is necessary to support the annual special events such as Assemblies, Fun and Field day, class trips including buses and class T-shirts that the PTO provides. This year we would like to offer an Opt-Out option which gives you the choice not to participate in fundraising by making a one-time donation directly to the PTO. After reviewing this year's PTO budget, we expect to spend approximately $140.00 per student to provide the services and events for the upcoming year. If your family is interested in this option, please fill out this form and check off the Opt-Out option. If you choose the Opt-Out option, you will not receive fundraising information, such as Fall/Spring Sale catalogs and Entertainment Books, however you will continue to receive information on Family events (Boogie Bash, Breakfast with Santa), pretzel sales, snack grams and holiday sales. We are requesting a minimum donation of $25.00 per student. Checks should be made out to “Lindeneau PTO” and returned to school. If you do not wish to Opt-Out you do not need to return this form.
