1 lb whole wheat spaghetti noodles
1 16 oz Italian salad dressing
1 Tb Soy Parmesan cheese
1 Tb sesame seeds
1 Tb poppy seeds
2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cucumber, cut into half moons
1 red onion, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and place in a serving bowl.
2. Pour the dressing over the noodles and mix well.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and toss until well combined.
4. Store in the fridge for several hours or over night, until it has had time to cool.
