Cream Cheese Frosting: Perfect amount of sweetness

Ingredients:

8oz cream cheese

¼ cup flour

3-3 ½ cup of powder sugar

½ cup butter (1 stick or 8 tbs)

2 teaspoon vanilla (use clear vanilla if making light/white frosting)

For chocolate frosting: ½ cup of cocoa powder

Procedures:

  1. Soften butter, add cream cheese, vanilla, and mix (electric mixer okay)
  2. Add 1 cup of powder sugar (sifted) and mix until smooth
  3. Add ½ cup of flour (sifted) and mix until smooth
  4. Repeat step 2 until frosting reaches desire consistency (about 2 more cups of powder sugar)

Notes:

Perfect for making cake balls:

1 batch of frosting can mix with approx 1.5 boxes of cake mix.
