You brush your teeth ch ch ch ch, ch ch ch ch....

and your mind starts humming a tweedle dee dee,

You brush your teeth ch ch ch ch, ch ch ch ch....

When you wake up in the morning at a quarter to four

and you think you hear a knock at the door,

You brush your teeth ch ch ch ch, ch ch ch ch....

When you wake up in the morning at a quarter to five

and you just can't wait to come alive,

You brush your teeth ch ch ch ch, ch ch ch ch....

  1. Close your eyes and imagine the big pizza you want to make is.  What toppings do you want on it?  How much sauce? How much cheese?
  2. Now it’s time to roll out the dough, nice and flat – (Lunge left, right, and forward).
  3. Make the pizza round by spinning it on our fingers and throwing it up – (Squat jumps).
  4. Spread the sauce – (Arm circles forward and backward both right and left arms).
  5. Put on the cheese – (Leg stretch left and right side).
  6. Your choice of toppings – (Move to the other side of the room and perform arm chops to chop up the different toppings. Bring them back to the pizza).
  7. Walk the pizza to the oven – (Walk in a squatted position… the pizza is heavy!).
  8. Wait for it to cook – (Twenty jumping jacks).
  9. Walk the pizza to the table – (Once again, the pizza is heavy, so walk in a squatting position, but it is also hot, so arm swings (hot potato)).
  10. Slice the pizza – (Arm swings back and forth left and right side).
  11. Spices – (Shake it out).
