Known Google Calendar Issues: Troubleshooting

Getting a Google Account

You will need to register your email@ufl.edu account on Google to access Google Calendar.

“One Time Access Key is Invalid”

You will receive an e-mail from Google saying that  sfyl@ifas.ufl.edu has invited you to Google Calendar. In that e-mail, you will see this phrase and a link:

To accept this invitation and register for an account, please visit:  https://www.google.com/calendar/render?[a bunch of random letters and numbers]&invEmailKey=[your e-mail@ufl.edu]:[more random letters and numbers]

Copy and paste the entire link into your internet browser but remove in “inv” in  “&invEmailKey=” so that it now reads:

https://www.google.com/calendar/render?[a bunch of random letters and numbers]&EmailKey=[your e-mail@ufl.edu]:[more random letters and numbers]

“Your browser does not support all features of Google Docs”

Unfortunately, this means you are not using a recent version of your browser. Make sure you run browser updates: http://support.google.com/calendar/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=37057
