Spice-Roasted Cauliflower
Adapted from: Cook Like a Rock Star by Anne Burrell
1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
Olive Oil
Salt
1 tbsp. cumin
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well to combine.
Step 3:
Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in one layer (use two sheets if you need to). Roast for 20 minutes, then stir. After 20 minutes, repeat the process again. Roast the vegetables for 10 more minutes or until they are brown. Taste and adjust the seasoning before serving.
