- in our interpretation, community work:

- it is able to increase efficiently the initiative and activity capacity of the society

- to help the transformation and reformation process of the social institutional system

- to bring together different characters of the society (developing partnership relations)

- to increase the democratic self-organization of society

- we deal with vulnerable groups and

- also to develop social communities which are more sensitive to innovation.
