Description: The project is the construction 500 square meters building and the installation of a press with capacity of 40 kilograms per hour, a filter with capacity of 300,000 liters per day and laboratory equipment for quality control of the oil. Production for the year 1 programmed at 6.400 barrels (220 liters) and on the tenth year of production it will reach 11.200 barrels.  The production will be marketed with the United States or European countries at a price of $ 800 per barrel. In the local market sesame cakes will be sold at a price of U.S. $ 7.2 per qq. The project presents an excellent profitability. In addition there is a program to promote the crop until 20,000 manzanas are in production, by 2020.

AGR121: Melon and Watermelon Production and Exportation

Description: This project to produce tilapia will be developed in two modules, located one in the community of El Tular, and the other in the community of El Tabacal, both in the Municipality of Nacaome, Department of Valle. In total, the project intends to build 8 circular concrete tanks, with a 2 hectare area each. It will also include the administration facilities, a processing and storage plant, 2 water supply canals, with a permanent water change and an estimate production of 117,368.35 Kg. of biomass a year for each module. The construction of the project, and implementation of the first production cycle is estimated in (1) year.

INF106: Concession of the Construction, Operations and Maintenance of the Logistics Corridor of Hond

Description: Construction, operation, improvement, and maintenance of the Logistic Route of Honduras, through a concession: a) Concession of the Inter-Oceanic Road CA1 - Goascorán - Villa de San Antonio (51 km long; Cost: US$ 152 Million). Currently the section from the Villa de San Antonio to the site called El Quebrachal is under construction; however, its concession would allow building the access roads. In the section to be built, from El Quebrachal to Goascorán, it is still necessary to finish the construction of the 4 lanes in the entire dry channel; b) Concession of the North Highway (CA-5) Section La Barca-Potrerillos-Pimienta (19.9 km long ; Cost: US$ 53.37 Million): current state, being rehabilitated and construction of the interchange/IDB. It requires additional extension to 4 lanes; and c) Interchange of Villanueva (CA-5) - San Pedro Sula - Choloma (48 Km Long; Cost: US$ 91 Million). The section has 2 lanes, however it is necessary to expand it to 4 lanes; it already has a Technical - Economic/IDB feasibility study.

The three prior projects make up the "Logistic Corridor". Goascorán - Puerto Cortés" in charge of the ICF for its concession through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), with an average daily traffic of 12,000 vehicles.

INF104: Concession of the Construction, Operations and Maintenance of the Tegucigalpa - Jícaro Galán

Description: Construction, operation and maintenance of 86 Km of road, to 2 lanes, in process of completing its rehabilitation and improvement. It is necessary to conduct a study and the rehabilitation, adequate maintenance is necessary through a concession and inclusion in the study cost. In addition, it is important to add and improve the access roads of this road and a study of the new alternative exit form Tegucigalpa to Jícaro Galán. This Highway is the most important means of integrating the South Region with the rest of the country.  About one fifth of the national population lives in the influence zone of the South Highway and it is the only means of land communication that maintains this region socially and economically integrate with the rest of the country.

Description: The project will be located in the El Tigre Island, specifically in the community of Amapala. It will have the components of a salt water aquarium, in which a life reef ecosystem will be developed, and which will be isolated with very thick and large size glass that will make up the walls and tunnels, for the enjoyment of the visitors. It will also have a research area. Other type of sea animals will be also observed in the site, such as dolphins and seals, among others; thus becoming the greatest attraction center in the south zone. Amapala has been identified in the Sustainable Tourism National Strategy as one of the zones with the greatest tourism potential in the south region.  Isla del Tigre is part of the set of islands located in the Fonseca Gulf, where tourists can enjoy at plain sight marine resources, volcanoes, rocky formations and impressive sunsets.

Description: There is a beautiful hidden eco-tourism zone in the Island of El Tigre, with its colonial history, impressive sunsets and a huge natural richness. This project consists of building a cable car from the city of Amapala, will tour the area until reaching the highest point of the Island of El Tigre, where a 30-room Mountain Hotel will be built. With the cable car, visitors will see a different perspective of this beautiful region, since in this area stands the mountain of the Island (which is said to be a volcano).   Therefore, it will offer the opportunity of appreciating the landscape of the Gulf of Fonseca with its respective islands and mangrove systems. RAMSAR 1000, the protected area of the Gulf of Fonseca, is located in this area. Also in this area is the Dinant Biological Station, which promotes the protection and recovery of wild life. This biological station is making efforts to reproduce the red macaw and the white tail deer, as well as the green iguana (iguana, iguana).

El proyecto de Amapala Sunset comprende el desarrollo de 28 habitaciones dobles, Restaurante, Bar, SPA y un área de usos múltiples diseñada para albergar grupos de hasta 100 personas  para diversas actividades como son: bodas, quince años, bautizos, fiestas, seminarios, entrenamientos, capacitaciones, etc. Además se tendrá a  la disposición de nuestros  visitantes diversas actividades de entretenimiento como: visitas guiadas a parques nacionales, reservas ecológicas y hacia el pueblo, ya que este cuenta con edificios antiguos, una iglesia tipo colonial muy bien preservada y  sitios históricos, renta de bicicletas, alquiler  de vehículos eléctricos (carritos de golf ) para realizar recorridos alrededor de la Isla,  gracias a que esta posee vistas espectaculares, paisajes únicos  fácilmente  accesibles, renta de vehículos acuáticos ( motos de agua, lanchas  etc. ), aprovechando  que por encontrase dentro del Golfo de Fonseca  sus  aguas son tranquilas y fácilmente navegables. Renta de  caballos  y  cualquier  actividad en general que  incremente la rentabilidad para la empresa.

El sitio en donde estará  localizado el proyecto es  en la  comunidad  de Jocotillo, una pequeña y  pintoresca aldea junto a Playa Negra. Para  llevar  a  cabo  este proyecto, TURISTICA S.A. ya posee una propiedad  de  3,315 varas cuadradas en la Isla de Amapala, está ubicada exactamente frente a la playa.
