Downloading Adobe Presenter Presentations from the Server  File Management



The ISU Adobe (Breeze) server will not be available after December 2012.  If you have information on the server that you would like to keep, you will need to download the presentation files and save them on your computer.  


Note: Publishing your Adobe Presentation has changed for Fall 2012. You will no longer be publishing your files to the Adobe Server (Breeze1). Presenter files will be published to your computer and uploaded to your Moodle ISU 2 course.

This guide will help you to:


Download Published Presentations onto Your Computer 

  1. Login to the  ISU Breeze server at: 

  1. Click on the Content tab on the top of the page.

  1. On the list of presenter publications, Click the file you want to download.

  1. Click on the Download Content tab, then Click on the .zip file to start downloading the presentation.

Note: Downloading the presentation file to an easy-to-find location, like the Desktop, will help you locate the file when uploading it to Moodle ISU 2 later.

Upload Presentations Files in Moodle ISU 2 Course

  1. Turn Editing On. For more information on turning editing on, please see Moodle ISU 2 Overview.
  2. Locate the Week/Topic block in which you wish to add the activity.
  3. Click on the Add an Activity or Resource link.  A box will appear showing you all activities and resources.

Hot Tip: You can also select the file on your computer, drag it to where you want the file in your course, and drop it there. This will upload the file directly to your course homepage with default settings.

  1. Choose File and Click Add.


  1. Type the name of the file in the Name field.   This will show to the students on the course homepage.
  2. In the Description field, Type a description of the file or any other information you may like the students to see.

Note: Unless you check the Resource description box in the Options section below, students will not see the description.


  1. Click on Add… to open up the File Picker.
  2. Click on the repository where your file is located.

Hot Tip: You can also select the file on your computer, drag it to the central area of the above block, and drop it there to upload.

3.        To upload a file from your computer Click the Upload a File option in the left column of the File Picker

4.        Click on Browse…

5.        Locate the file on your computer.

6.        Click on the .zip presenter file you want to upload

7.        Click the Open button. The file should now show in the attachment text box.

8.        Click on the Upload This File button.

Hot Tip: Entering a name in the Save as field will rename the file only for Moodle ISU 2. This is optional and not required to upload your file.

9.        Click on the .zip file you just uploaded.

  1. In the popup window, Select “Unzip”.

  1.  Once unzipped, you should see multiple files listed.
  1. First remove the .zip file by Clicking on .zip file and Click Delete. 
  2. Next, Left Click on the index.htm file and select “set main file”.

  1. Once you are finished with the other settings, Click the Save and display button at the bottom of the page. This will display your presentation.
