What I’m going to have you do is grab a football and a partner

 And line up on this black line

 And the other partner on this blue line

 And throw back and forth for a little

Alright what we are going to do today

Balls on that side

We’re going to learn how to catch

Just like in volleyball you guys have a window right?

Good athletic stance

A window and the windows up here

But now the window going to be right here chest level

You catch the ball

You’re going to want to watch the ball all the way through into your window catch it and tuck it in.

So what I’m going to have you do is throw back and fourth

Make sure that you’re using your window

And you’re tucking it in.

We are going throw back and forth and do that a few times.

Now what were going to do she pointed out a good thing

You’re going to want to use the basket

The basket you’re going to want your pinkies touching

But you only want to use this when it’s below your waist.

So if it’s below your waist here

Above your waist you’re going to want to use your window.

But the thrower is going to try and throw the ball low so you can practice your basket catch.

See that he kept his self and his body in front of the ball kept his hand low pinkies were together he caught the ball and brought it in.
