Step 2:  Composition

You will need to compose a composition about your friend.

Information requirements:

• Name
• Age
• Where he/she is from
• Family
• Activities:  Likes and dislikes (You need to include several)
• Classes:  Likes and dislikes  (You need to include several)
• Foods:  Likes and dislikes (You need to include several)
• Clothes that your friend is wearing

Structure Requirements

• Complete sentences with subjects and correctly conjugated verbs
• At least one sentence that starts with a time or manner element.
• A minimum of 100 words
• Correct spelling

Step 3 Presentation:

You will need to introduce your friend to the class.

• You may use bulleted notes.
• You may NOT read from your composition.
• You will be scored on a speaking rubric emphasizes pronunciation, fluency, clarity, etc.
