BRYANNA'S BLUEBERRY/POMEGRANATE VINAIGRETTE

Makes 2 cups

1 cup fresh blueberries

3/4 cup Bryanna's Fat-Free Oil Substitute for Salad Dressings

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses

1 teaspoon salt

1 large clove garlic

Blend everything together in a blender until smooth. Place in a covered jar and refrigerate.
