Trick a Trunk at the Virginia Beach Farmers Market

DESCRIPTION: Decorate your trunk with decorations, music, lights and lots of candy.
Trunks will be voted for Funniest, Scariest and Most Original. Prizes will be given to winner of each category.Kids come dressed to go Trick n Treating around the trunks for goodies and surprises. Vote for your favorite trunk and enjoy the music and cars.
Town & Treat at Town Center
TIME: 12:00-4:00PM and 6:00PM-10:00PM

DESCRIPTION: Enjoy a day of family fun including trick-or-treating, costume contests, stilt walkers, magicians, face painters, a pet costume contest and more from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM. After the little ghouls and goblins have returned home, adult guests can visit Town Center from 6:00 PM- 10:00 PM for a Halloween party that is open to the public. Enjoy fun activities and smashingly good bands. Also back for a 3rd year the Hallow-Tini competition.
ZooBoo 2010 at the Virginia Zoo
TIME: Family Fun Day 10am-3pm; Fright Night 6pm-9pm

DESCRIPTION: Spend the day celebrating at the zoo with Creepy Candy Stations, Monster Mash Last Dance Hall, Animal Pumpkin Smashings, and a Children’s Costume Contest. In the evening, enjoy a goulishly good time on the Train of Terror and Haunted Hayride.

19th Annual Halloween Bash at the Virginia Air & Space Museum

Outdoor Haunted Walk

DESCRIPTION: Just in time for Halloween, take a casual evening stroll down our paved trail stopping to meet some traditional spooky animals that call Virginia Beach home. Self-paced walk through the trail. Trail closes at 6:45 pm and stories begin at 7:30 pm. Then continue on to the Buffington House, where we’ll have children’s activities and gravesite tours. The evening concludes with fireside stories told by local historians. Grab your family and flashlights and come early to the 3rd Annual Walk.
