Balsamic Vinaigrette

• 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 2.5 tbsp dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp red onion, minced
• pinch or two of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bottle. Shake until combined.
