Peach Cobbler

For the Filling:

-4 cups Peaches (or any Berry)

-1 tbsp Cornstarch

-1/4 cup Water

-1/2 cup Sugar

-1/4 tsp Cinnamon

For the Topping:

-1/2 cup Flour

-1/2 cup Sugar

-1/4 tsp Salt

-1/2 tsp Baking Powder

-1 Egg

-2 tbsp Butter-melted

Combine water and cornstarch. Stir to dissolve cornstarch. Add fruit, sugar and cinnamon. Cook until thickens an boils. Pour into ungreased 8x8 baking dish. Combine all topping ingredients and spoon on top of fruit mixture. Bake at 400 degrees (F) for 30-35 minutes until topping is golden brown.
