Homemade Salsa
1 can Black-eyed peas
1 can Black beans
1 cup frozen corn
1 orange pepper diced
½ red onion
1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes (try to find a can with less than 30mg sodium/serving)
1 cup light Italian dressing
1 jalapeno
Directions:
1. Dice orange pepper, onion, and jalapeno
2. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine orange pepper, onion, jalapeno, beans, black-eyed peas, tomatoes, and Italian dressing.
3. Mix ingredients
4. Place in fridge for about an hour
