MOBC Club Competition Rules

1/. CAMBRIDGE & DISTRICT RULES APPLY (ROVING COTT).

2/. SINGLES:- 4 WOODS PER PLAYER, FIRST TO 21 SHOTS.

3/. 2 WOOD SINGLES:- 2 WOODS PER PLAYER 30 ENDS.(LADIES & MEN TOGETHER AS IN THE NOVICES).

4/. LADIES PAIRS:- 4 WOODS PER PLAYER 18 ENDS.

5/. MENS  PAIRS:- 4 WOODS PER PLAYER 21 ENDS.

6/. MIXED PAIRS 4 WOODS PER PLAYER 18 ENDS.

7/. FIRST NAMED IN EACH ROUND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INITIATING MATCH

     ARRANGEMENTS, GIVE OPPONENTS THREE REASONABLE DATES & BOOK RINK.

8/. SINGLES MATCHES MUST HAVE A MARKER ORGANISED BY THE SECONDED NAMED PLAYER.

9/. MATCHES MUST BE PLAYED BY THE GIVEN DATE, THE E.C. WILL  

     PERMIT MATCHES BEYOND ONLY IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES.

10/. THE COMPETITIONS ARBITRATOR WILL BE:- BOB WATERS.

11/. FINALISTS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO PLAY ON EITHER OF THE NOMINATED FINALS DAYS.

12/. LEAGUE MATCHES, COUNTY & CAMBRIDGE & DISTRICT

       COMPETITIONS TAKE PREFERENCE OVER CLUB COMPETITIONS.
