The continent of Rheon is the land of the majestic Empire a land once filled with beauty and nature but now slowly vanishes in the grace of structures of man. The third continent named Samasar was believed to be untouched by man. This land is filled with beautiful forests and great magical powers and there for a major interest to the Empire.

The war begins:
In a bold effort to colonise the continent of Samasar the Empire boarded the chore. Amazed by the stunning beauty of this land they wandered forward trough the thick forest. At night they reached a valley filled with chilling mist, made thicker by the magical lights of the forest, so they named it “The Gloom”. In that mist hunters of the Thar’mur tribe was lurking, waiting to strike those who intruded on their sacred land. And so it started, a small “misunderstanding” between those eager to take and those eager to defend...

Fearless tribe Thar’mur of the divine goddesses

Far away in the valley know as “The Gloom” resides a tribe whose powers are most unknown to the Empire, who assumes that all their power comes from the strong powers within the the forests.

The people of Thar’mur are mostly fearless of anything that is threatening them and their way of seeking redemption is by punishing anything that don’t obey the will of the three goddesses who during all this time have protected the continent of Samasar, even thought they are three separate gods and goddesses they are all a part of a perfect balance that resembles the very holy grounds guarded by the powerful dragon Qureail, who is assumed to be given a part of all the gods in order to protect the sacred grounds from any kind of disruption of the balance. The people of Thar’mur who have dedicated a lot of decades have slowly changed into a guardian of these same sacred grounds, giving them powers superior to the most mages and warriors of the Empire.

All of the gods and goddesses have a lot of faces, and contains a lot of different powers, but they all are controlled by the trinity of emotion, order and chaos; who all ends up in the element of balance.

With their supreme powers the tribe of Thar’mur have decided to stay and honor the gods wills and protect the valley known as “The Gloom” from any kind of intruders, and therefor the Empire are stomping on sacred grounds; giving Thar’mur the only reason they need to attack and destroy all the intruding soldiers and generals. Thar’mur believes that the only way to be accepted by the gods they advance in technology in the terms of scholarship; but it almost always ending up a way to train mages cunning in the holy language know as “Aequilibrium” (the perfect balance).

Since Thar’mur is bound to their valley they do take care of it like it would be more important that anything in the world; which it is for them, they are led by three main characters: “Pontifex“, “Dux” and “Princeps” .

Pontifex is the one who always is in touch with the goddess of Order, and order is therefor the most valued thing amongst the tribe; the other gods are seen as inferior to the goddess of Order. And the Pontifex has a big cunning of the all the magic arts there is to know of, but have primed the strongest of all of them, and that is nature (water, cold, heat and green magic).

Dux is the best of all of the warriors and mages and keeps the iron hand with both the people who disobeys laws and intruders who are needed to be guided out of their trespassing, always by brute force. His main weapon is his trusty spear, which is enchanted with the power of light.

Princeps is the supreme leader, something like the Empires’ blood-seeking king. But the Princeps is honoring all of the Pntifex’s speeches and obeys all the orders given by the goddess of Order.

Aequlibruim is the most holy language, and only one faction are known to use it; the tribe Thar’mur. It contains a lot of power, and some who misuse it are seen as blasphemers and were often executed right on spot, but some who fled the tribe know as “Proditor deus” and if they are encountered in the forests, they are most likely to be hostile, but probably have some nice loot since they are doing unknown kinds of rituals, but their bodies have been twisted and they are beyond recognition and this is their punishment for misusing the language.

The hand of might and righteousness: the Empire

The vast and might empire only known as the holy Empire of Rheon, are a country in a state of military superior and political influence over all the continents feared by those whom are to oppose them. the holy Empire of Rheon does not hesitate to bring out the armies and they have gazed upon the horizon just to find more soil to rule over.

the mighty Empire of Rheon was in the beginning a small country, and one of the first to civilize under the rule of a mighty Emperor. The first emperor, only know as Rheon the supreme gave Rheon it’s current name. Rheon united the people of the Empire by giving them fair justice to their common needs; Protection. The people of Rheon have always suffered by overpopulation and have shortages of food, and so many started to become bandits and plundered all the food they could find. Rheon the supreme, were the one to start a official army know as “Defensor vitae” (the defender of life).

Now, the mighty army of “Defensor vitae” have been given the task to cover new grounds to make sure that the people that Defensor vitae were meant to protect are protected from dying by hunger and by weapons of steel.

The holy Empire of Rheon is the country thought to be blessed by at least one of the gods and goddesses that are mostly important to the people, the god of emotion. But since the Empire have strayed from their path as the keepers of emotion, and became as they said “The uniter of worlds”, but what they really did were to conquer all the other soil and force people to join their army. Now, many thousands of years later people have forgotten the old rules and are now pure supporters of the Empire, only a few remnants have stories about the time of independence of the Empires will of war and conquest.

The Empire of Rheon is ruled by it’s blood-thirsty emperor Mervan. Mervan is a superior soldier in field, and a very much superior commander when he takes that role on. He don’t see why he shouldn’t join in the fights that he orders and its not totally uncommon that he is on the field slaughtering everything in his path with his mighty sword “Duran Lamina”, the metals in it is the same ones that was used to forge Rheon’s sword. “Duran Lamina” is a sword with the powers of spreading disorder and makes him almost invulnerable to all kind of damage from the followers of order.

The Empire doesn’t know that they are following the same gods and goddesses that the Thar’mur does, and the Thar’mur doesn’t know that the holy Empire are following the same gods and goddesses as they are.

But since the Empire never looks to be religious, they will probably never notice.

Now the Empire is all about pure strength and art of man, and have no time over to religion since they are all busy starting wars and develop the latest technology of killing each other with instead of preserving and improve their country where it is needed.
