It was rainy and It looks good. It was strongly windy and harshly rainy. I was running here and there to see more without an umbrella.

 

The Arc de Triomphe is a monument in Paris. The monument's iconographic program pitted heroically nude French youths against bearded Germanic warriors in chain mail and set the tone for public monuments with triumphant nationalistic messages until World War I

 

 

To reach the platform roof, you have to take the staircase up with its 284 steps. It was quite tough to go up with 284 steps and I found the one who also couldn't breathe well. We both exchanged the understandable look each other. This stair actually reminds me of the Japanese movie 'whirlpool', which was scary.

 We could see Paris including Eiffel tower from The Arc de Triomphe. The Arc de Triomphe stands in the center of the Place de l'Etoile, a vast circular square, which twelve avenues radiate from. You can see two of them above the picture. Paris pretty fits with gloomy weather.

 

 

 The names of soldiers on the tablets. Open your eyes wider and you will see the underlined names on the tablets, which indicate men who died on the field of honour.
