Mexican Street Corn Soup: .  A creamy, comforting blend inspired by the flavors of elote. Sweet corn is roasted to perfection and simmered with lime, smoky chipotle, and a hint of garlic. Finished with crumbled cotija cheese, fresh cilantro, and a sprinkle of chili powder. Cup 3  Bowl 4   GF

Corn Tamale Cakes:  Golden, hand-formed cakes made with sweet corn masa, lightly crisped on the outside and tender within. Topped with a creamy avocado salsa, fresh pico de gallo, and a drizzle of zesty chipotle-lime crema. 6

Nacho Salad:  A fresh twist on classic nachos! Torta de Milanesa de Pollo :  A Mexican-style sandwich featuring a crispy, breaded chicken cutlet layered with refried beans, fresh avocado slices, shredded lettuce, juicy tomato, and pickled jalapeños. Served on a toasted  roll with a smear of creamy mayo and a hint of chipotle for a satisfying kick in every bite 9  

Entree

Adobo Grilled Flank Steak:  Tender flank steak marinated in a smoky adobo blend with hints of garlic, cumin, and citrus. Sliced thin and served with charred peppers and onions, topped with a fresh cilantro garnish Served over rice. 9   GF

Oven Roasted Oaxacan Cod : Delicately roasted cod infused with Oaxacan flavors, marinated in a vibrant mix of smoky guajillo chilies, garlic, and a hint of citrus.
