Strong musical background makes musically related tasks much more fluid. Worked as a Voice Network technician and maintained the Nortel Option 81 switch. Also maintained an OCTEL Voicemail server. Performed telephone repairs and setup Polycom video conferencing equipment. Responsible for installing new phones, moving phones, resolving user phone problems, work order documentation, time billing and database upkeep.

Installed 25-pair and 50-pair feeder cables between satellite terminals. Also cross connected and soft punched all the circuits on RJ21X blocks for the cut-over. Much of the work included providing assistance and support for primary contractor Teleport Communications Group, Inc. Performed solo cutovers and assisted the school personnel on the use of their new telephone service.
