NME’s contents page is mainly image based this could be because they are targeting a younger audience. This could also be to make the contents page more appealing as they tend to be really boring. NME didn’t title the page contents instead they called it ‘inside this week’ they could of done this to make it less boring as people really don’t like the contents page but also to make it more friendly and interesting.

The images are set out in a circle like shape around a centre image this was done to bring more attention to that article as the band is well known. Also the way the images are set out remind me of a scrap book as it is abstract. NME uses pull quotes to get readers attention on this instead of a list of content they could of done this because it more appealing and it makes reader what to read the other articles. .ou can tell that this page is meant to be the contents page as it has number on the image in big clear writing this make everything easier to find.
