Ingredients

(for a 7’ cake tin) Oven Temperature 350degree F or 180 degree C

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup sugar

11/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/3 cup  oil

2 Eggs

1/2 cup Water

1/2 teaspoon Almond Essence

1/2 cup Walnuts chopped and dusted with flour

Method

Place flour,sugar.baking powder,oil and eggs in a bowl and beat well.

Add water and the essence and mix.

Add the walnuts

Pour the batter in a cake tin and bake in a preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
