                                                   Biographical Narrative

Christian usually reminds people of the rules in the house with some type of a demand. Overall he is a nice guy and fun to be around. He likes to bring in drinks that he gets from his friends at work. Everyone notices the nice things he does for us, the thing we both like is to watch football. When it comes down to getting things done he is the first one to it. If the house is not clean then he needs to know who messed it up so that person can get the job done. During the last couple of years that I have known him for he has been the same and hasn’t changed, which is a good thing.

When it is really boring around the house he trys to get us off campus or go to the gym after curfew.  These type of things show his true colors. Every time we do these activities it’s really a fun time. Then after he likes to make jokes of  us if we did something wrong. His sense of humor is similar to ours, and always knows when its the right time to do so. “I thought the kids in my house would get mad but they laughed along.”

Since we all get along, it makes everyday when were all together better then what other days are. Christian is very serious when it comes to food and drinks in the living room. But he never really asks for much besides to have good behavior. During the three days he works in boys 105, he makes everyone feel more relaxed because hes not in your face for everything that you do.

During last years super bowl there was about three or four kids in the house and he bought some steaks for us to eat while we were watching the game. Those little things that he does for us make a difference, this is why everyone gets a long with him. Since Christian knows that were trustworthy he can rely on us with anything he asks. He is mellow around the house and can help anyone if they need help with something.

People agree that he is one of the best staff because he treats everyone with respect. Everyone can count on him to get something if we need so he’s the first one I go to. Although there is many other staff but some are here for different reasons. Since I known him for a while I could come clean for something I did wrong. He will give me a second chance to think about what I’ve done and not to make the same thing again. other staff would automatically put me on restriction without giving me a chance to talk. All of the good that he does makes him the best staff by far.
