  4. Floppy Disk Drive
  5. EIDE  (IDE/PATA) Rhythm cable
  6. SATA cable

DAY 3,4 & 5

  1. Memory card

  6. Heatsink
  1. Actual Demonstration of Major Parts Installation and configuration (Disassembling and Assembling)
  1. Understanding BIOS and Configuration
  2. Power Supply AT & ATX switch
  1. Jumper Setting EIDE Hard Disk Drive and Optical drive
  2. SATA Hard disk drive and Optical drive installation
  3. USB (External) DVD/Flash drive boot configuration

DAY 6, 7, 8 & 9

  1. Introduction to Software Installation

  2. Types and examples of software
  3. DOS Commands.
  4. FDISK ( Windows 95, 98 & ME)
  5. Windows 2000
  6. Windows XP
  7. Dual Booting Windows 2000 and Windows XP
  8. Windows Vista / Windows 7
  9. Linux (Ubuntu/Bayanihan)
  10. Installation of common Application Software

DAY 10, 11 & 12

  1. Computer Networking
  1. Cabling ( Straight-thru, Crossover & Rollover)
  2. LAN Configuration (IP Addressing & Subnetting)
  3. Understanding Switch, Router and MODEM and its configurations
  4. File and Printer Sharing (Win Vista/7,  XP , Win 2000)
  5. Troubleshooting and Maintaining Computer Networks

DAY 13, 14 & 15

  1. PC Troubleshooting & Preventive Maintenance
  1. Occupational Health and Safety
  2. Hardware Troubleshooting
  3. hardware (Beep Codes & Flow chart)
  4. Software Troubleshooting
  5. Device Manager Configuration
  6. Documenting vital information of the computer system and network
  7. Cleaning ( Internal & External)
  8. Deleting unnecessary files and uninstalling unused programs
  9. Disk clean-up, scandisk & Defragmentation
  10. Setting system restore point for maintenance
  11. Using third party program (Deep freeze, Anti-Excutable etc)
  12. Data backup solution
