How to Use this Plan
Grocery store list:
Yield: 31 dinners to feed my family of 4 (no teenagers, and we eat healthy-sized meals rather than hearty ones). Not enough for 4 adults, generally, but enough for a young family.
Nutritive Goals: we generally tend away from pre-processed foods or ingredients (although I’m not throwing them out, either), and try to have veggies at every meal. Goals are keeping things frugal and simple--as I mentioned, life with two toddlers and a baby popping in at some point this month doesn’t leave much time for elaborate meals. Nothing on here takes much time to prepare.
